Q. Do you have any idea how I can rate the condition of my basket?

A. Just click on the "Codes" link at the top of any page, here you will find a list of condition ratings codes and abbreviations to help you list your basket with us for sale.

Q. How do I place an ad for something I want to buy, but cannot find a listing for it on your site?

A. Just click on the "Baskets/Items Wanted" link  located at the top of any page. At the bottom of that "Baskets/Items Wanted" page is a link to the page where you can place your ad or just click here. 

If you would like to you can also just e-mail us with the appropriate info and we will place it.

Q. What can I do when my basket has been listed for some time but I have not been able to sell it.

A. The first step would be to see if your price is in line with other baskets like it. Check this out on our site and use the Bentley Guide to verify that the price is not too high. If your price seems to be good, then maybe a photo would help. You can also choose to reduce your basket just a little, this will cost you another $3 but we place your ad back on the "Newest Advertisers" page and send a electronic notification out to all who are on our mailing list. We also place your ad on our "Reduced Items" page. You can reduce your listings with us using our Online Form or by clicking on "Place An Ad" at the top of any page.

Q. I do not know the value of my basket(s), do you help set pricing?

A. No, but we do have a page with a list of suggestions to help you in valuing your Longaberger® items to sell on our site. Basket Values

Q. If I place an ad with you can I be guaranteed that it will sell?

A. No, we cannot make any guarantees as to how marketable your basket or our site will be. We do guarantee that your basket is placed on one of the most visited sites on the Internet for Longaberger® Baskets on a secondary market. Currently nearly 8,000 over 38,000 hits per month.

Q. What is your best price for the 1995 Tulip Combo?

A. We do not sell baskets, we just list them for sale for private individuals. You must contact the person that owns the basket using their "Contact Information" in the ad.
