wish list brochure or baskets owned by an individual wishing to sell the above but who are
not advertising as Independent Longaberger® sales associates. Note, if you are an
Independent Longaberger® sales associate, advertising on this site as an Independent

Wright and Joann Wright) take no responsibility for any action
taken against you by The Longaberger® Company.

We feel the best form of basket transfer via
our advertising site would be to sell and purchase your basket on a C.O.D. basis. If you
are the purchaser open the package immediately, this way you can handle any damage or poor
quality issues at that time. The bottom line is 99.9% of the people we have helped and
known in our 15 years around Longaberger® Baskets, have been
good, kind and honest. It only takes one bad apple to stain your basket. Let's all

basket) become the property of The Basket Market. We will however, remove
any and all personal information from the advertisement such as the full
name, phone number and e-mail address. The Basket Market

the right to limit, refuse, or remove any ad placement without notice. If an ad is
removed, The Basket Market is NOT required to
refund any of the advertising fees. The following offenses would be subject to our removal
policy: placing a false or misleading ad, placing an ad for one item when you had more
than one of the very same item and did not pay the $4(US) per item,
if it is found that you collected for an item and never shipped the item to the new owner,
not paying The Basket Market for additional services such as changes or
additions to your ad past the 7 day free change period or any other offense
that The Basket Market would deem inappropriate, misleading or just plain
wrong.
