The Basket Market reserves the right to limit, refuse, or remove any ad placement without notice. If an ad is removed, The Basket Market is NOT required to refund any of the advertising fees. The following offenses would be subject to our removal policy: placing a false or misleading ad, if it is found that you collected for an item and never shipped the item to the new owner, consistently not responding to inquiries from interested parties, not responding in a timely manner to request for contact from the management of The Basket Market or any other offense that The Basket Market would deem inappropriate, misleading or just plain wrong.
